NAPPS is the UK’s trade certification body for the document management and managed print solutions industry. Aaron Warham, Director of NAPPS said “To become a fully accredited member of NAPPS UK channel, resellers must pass a rigorous United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) backed process which tests their ability to provide genuine customer focused service and support. After a full evaluation it became clear that Vision’s quality management systems exceeded the very strict levels set by NAPPS.”
As part of Vision’s assessment NAPPS were provided with evidence of outstanding customer service and ethical business practices, which is at the core of Vision’s and NAPPS shared values.
NAPPS membership involves making a public commitment to uphold the highest quality operating standards and to provide client centric solutions which provide total peace of mind for clients working with Vision and other members. NAPPS provide a collective voice for their members who make up a growing body of document management and managed print services organisations across the UK.

NAPPS’ Code of Practice has been proven to promote good relationships between customers and NAPPS-approved suppliers and includes a client escalation procedure, so in the unlikely event that an issue arises that cannot be settled satisfactorily, NAPPS will provide a route of redress. By ensuring all parties are clear about what they are agreeing to and what will be supplied from the outset, Vision customer satisfaction levels are further enhanced through their membership.
