This accreditation has been introduced to help identify and develop Canon’s leading partners and demonstrate the high standards we are achieving in managed print service delivery, technology and customer care. Accreditation is assessed through a rigorous audit process managed independently by leading imaging research and consulting firm Photizo.
The defined criteria cover three key areas and are based on Canon’s extensive experience of delivering managed print solutions across Europe:
Service delivery and people
to validate that Vision has the capability to meet customer requirements and follow recognised service delivery standards and methods.
Infrastructure and technology
to demonstrate Vision can clearly describe and document the services they deliver to customers and the processes they follow, as well as a suite of tools developed and available and in place to effectively manage print solutions on behalf of their customers.
Business model and customer experience
to ensure the right business metrics and objectives are in place within the business to ensure ongoing investment and development to meet customer requirements, and that there is an effective method to validate the customers’ experience of the managed services delivered by Vision.
