Runners are asked to aim to raise £100 through sponsorship and we would be delighted if you could make a donation, no matter how small, to www.justgiving.co.uk/visionplc1
By making a donation, you are helping Teens Unite support teenagers and young people fighting cancer and other life limiting illnesses. Teens Unite Fighting Cancer is dedicated to improving the lives of these young people aged between 13 and 24.
The charity supports teenagers through treatment and beyond by inviting them to take part in fun and motivational days out including concerts, football matches, art and pamper days. Teens Unite have also recently opened the first specialist respite care centre for young people aged 13-24 in the UK.
Their Mission Statement
“To help young people build on their self-esteem, self-confidence and to reduce the feeling of isolation, realising that others are facing similar challenges.”
Why not come along and cheer us on?
The race starts at 9.35am on Sunday 14 July from “The Guards and Cavalry Club” on Piccadilly; for more details of the route visit www.thebritish10klondon.co.uk
