BILLING and invoice processing have been combined within our contract set up team. This change has already made a positive impact with reduced client queries and error rates. We are also striving for optimum levels of clients using Vision’s Remote Management Application VRFM and its integration with Vision’s main ERP systems.

SERVICE & LOGISTICS have now fully implemented ByBox a shipping process that enables spare parts and consumables to be delivered over night for local collection within the Engineers territory. Returns are also made easier and this process improvement is already reducing return to fit visits as stock is continually replenished.

TRANSPORTATION are currently refreshing their Field service vehicle fleet for improved fuel consumption and reduced emissions as part of our Environmental policy. This has also seen the introduction of GPS route planning to improve navigation and avoid travel delays that impact service levels, response.


OFFICE SUPPLIES brand new for 2015. We were delighted to launch our  office supplies division on the 13th April where existing and new clients will be able to competitivelypurchase consumables, IT products, media and all office supplies from a highly experienced team and specialists. The new supplies team is based at the Vision Head Quarters in Hertfordshire and there is a full online service as  well as a dedicated Account Management team to support all of our clients.

CLIENT SERVICES our dedicated and highly motivated team have introduced new options to make sure you get through to the right person in the right area, quickly. This team has continued to develop and grow. Did you know over the last 12 months our client services team has processed an average of 7000 telephone calls per month. That has resulted in an average of over 4000 service requests and represents a 25% increase on the previous year.

VISION PEOPLE we would like to introduce Vision’s new National Service Manager Stuart Stallard. Stuart brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the customer services sector which spans a career in excess of 25 years. The appointment comes as part of the continued focus on our infrastructure to ensure we have the strongest team supporting your business solutions. In addition to this we have reinforced our field team further with the introduction of field service supervisors nationally.

EFFICENCY We have continued to make investments to strengthen our IT infrastructure and mobility by enabling our team with the latest technology helping them to work precisely and efficiently. This important work will continue through 2015 with further improvements and developments already planned.

RESPONSIBILITY We know that clients wish to work with partners that have strong environmental credentials. To prove our commitment to improving our energy efficiency, reducing waste and recycling wherever possible we have  successfully renewed our CHAS accreditation for Health & Safety and our ISO 14001 accreditation for sustainability, helping you to comply with your policies too.

CAREERS together with Postive Outcomes we have put in place a fantastic apprenticeships & work based learning scheme allowing young people the chance to experience the work place whilst learning all aspects of our business and at the same time gaining a national qualification.

THE FEEL GOOD FACTOR Our team are committed to making a difference wherever we can locally, in our communities and with our chosen Charity, TeensUnite. We have made some wonderful contributions including Volunteering, The London 10K Run, Vision’s Corporate Golf Day, It’s A Knock Out and Comic relief, we have plans to continue this throughout 2015 and beyond. Building relationships within our business is important for a motivated and happy team.
