Job Purpose

To provide a consistent and professional approach to all clients through the highest standards of product and service. Actively contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets and profit margins.

Respond to client’s requests for various services and support and company internal requests for services and support to a high standard, every time. Deliver support to clients in a friendly, welcoming and courteous manner at all times with the aim of customer satisfaction and long term customer retention.

Promote company products and services where ever possible, building strong client relationships that will aid delivery of company targets, growth with increased sales revenue and margins.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be proactive with locating and developing new business and the promotion of all Vision products and services to all Clients
  • General Account Management and support
  • Client requests for support in all areas, sales, contract, service, finance leasing and accounts. Handling of client queries and requests
  • Build strong client relationships, resulting in customer satisfaction and retention
  • Schedule, manage and facilitate Client Performance Reviews that generate strong client retention with added value resulting in additional sales of technology through trust, promotion and innovation
  • Processing client requests for products and services
  • Manage all Client expectations in line with Client service levels (SLA’s) and deadlines
  • Work with all business areas to help and assist with service delivery, support and meeting client service levels, (SLA’s)
  • Presentations to clients for the promotion and sales of Vision products and services
  • Presentations to employee’s, colleagues and Management for the promotion of Vision products and services and to enable viability, justification
  • Assist where required with processing and production of client performance and service level reporting
  • Assist with implementation and usage of new technology, software, applications and systems to improve business efficiency
  • Participation in various projects as required to help meet company targets and deadlines
  • Work towards and develop best practice, minimising any business risks at all times
