We support all our solutions with service plans geared to delivering maximum uptime for your managed print services. That way we ensure your expectations are met, and that your equipment continues to perform well and to its maximum potential in line with our contractual and service level agreements. Our compliance to ISO 9001:2008 demonstrates our commitment to high standards and continual improvement throughout.

Our standard service plan covers any mechanical issues with the equipment we supply – so if your photocopier suffers a paper jam or spews staples, then our engineers are available to fix it. What’s more, that help is never more than four hours away.

Vision Complete - networked device support

For networked device support we have Vision Complete. Vision Complete provides total peace-of-mind protection for your networked multifunctional devices against failure to scan, fax or print when connected to multiple PCs. It allows for the unrestricted loading of printer drivers, provides systems and user training and covers replacement of any faulty interfaces.

• Vision Remote Fleet Manager

Vision Remote Fleet Manager
Vision Remote Fleet Manager (VRFM) is our own software management package which automatically reads print device meters to provide accurate billing, alerts and remote diagnostics. It also enables consumables usage to be monitored and managed for each device triggering email notifications when predefined minimum levels have been passed.

Recycling
Vision clients with multifunctional devices who wish to recycle their toner bottles should contact Vision Client Services on 08449 808 700 who will supply special bags to gather the recyclable materials.

When the bag is full, call Vision Client Services and the bottles are collected by eReco and recycled in the UK. The toner, plastic and metals are streamed for specialist recycling and are reused to manufacture a range of different products. In the same way that any disposal of waste incurs a cost, the service is currently chargeable at a rate of £40 per bag plus VAT.
