Vision takes consideration of the environment very seriously and actively promotes and participates in initiatives that prioritise the green agenda, both for ourselves and our clients. As a company we are actively working towards accreditation to the ISO:14001 environmental management systems standard.

• Our environmental policy is centred on:
• Supplying the very best in eco-friendly solutions using Energy Star certified multifunctional devices in place of separate energy-consuming units, and paperless document distribution systems.
• Collaborating with market-leading manufacturers to reduce packaging, the use of hazardous and non-renewable materials and the environmental impact of the product lifecycle, from first manufacture to final disposal.
• Recycling all redundant devices in line with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive.
• Offering clients a toner bottle and print cartridge collection and recycling service in association with eReco EMEA Corporation. Participation in the scheme, which has already diverted more than one million units away from landfill, supports accreditation to the ISO14001 environmental management standard and the EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) for improving environmental performance.

Vision clients are able to recycle their toner bottles through our recycling scheme.  In partnership with eReco, the toner, plastic and metals are streamed for specialist recycling in the UK and are reused to manufacture a range of different products including washing machine parts, traffic cones, building materials, fire alarm casings and games consoles - products which may, in turn, be recycled at the end of their own lifecycle. 

• Our recycling service is designed to:
• support our clients' environmental objectives
• reduce the bulk of clients' general waste and thus reduce associated costs
• provide reports that can support clients' ISO14001 accreditation or EMAS (Eco- Management and Audit Scheme) approval
• collect ALL manufacturers' toner bottles and cartridges so there is no need for multiple schemes
